  而且在(zai)(zai)(zai)多芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)并聯(lian)(lian)使用過程中也(ye)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)些問(wen)(wen)題,鎧(kai)(kai)(kai)狀(zhuang)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)并聯(lian)(lian)要(yao)將每(mei)根電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)的(de)(de)主(zhu)線芯(xin)A,B,C三(san)相錯開對應(ying)并聯(lian)(lian)使用,不能(neng)(neng)將鎧(kai)(kai)(kai)狀(zhuang)多芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)所(suo)有(you)線新(xin)并接在(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)相上當單芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)使用,如果(guo)這樣做(zuo),會(hui)在(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)鎧(kai)(kai)(kai)狀(zhuang)鋼(gang)(gang)帶(dai)中產生(sheng)渦流效應(ying),造(zao)成電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)發熱(re)(re),產生(sheng)熱(re)(re)擊穿故障(zhang)。這雖(sui)然是一(yi)(yi)個很簡單的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)學原理,但在(zai)(zai)(zai)筆者多次走訪用戶的(de)(de)過程中有(you)時還是有(you)用戶提出類似的(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題和做(zuo)法(fa)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)三(san)相四(si)線制不平衡(heng)(heng)照明負(fu)載中,我(wo)們負(fu)載的(de)(de)接線和分(fen)配方(fang)式(shi)要(yao)盡(jin)可能(neng)(neng)保證(zheng)負(fu)載的(de)(de)分(fen)配均勻,盡(jin)可能(neng)(neng)保證(zheng)三(san)相電(dian)(dian)流平衡(heng)(heng),否則可能(neng)(neng)會(hui)由于三(san)相電(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)嚴重不平衡(heng)(heng)造(zao)成在(zai)(zai)(zai)鎧(kai)(kai)(kai)狀(zhuang)鋼(gang)(gang)帶(dai)中產生(sheng)交變感應(ying)電(dian)(dian)流,造(zao)成電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)發熱(re)(re)。

  金聯宇電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)并聯使(shi)(shi)用對于各線(xian)(xian)路(lu)端部接線(xian)(xian)鼻子的(de)(de)松(song)緊(jin)程度(du)也要引起注意,因(yin)為使(shi)(shi)用并聯電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)負載的(de)(de)容量一般都(dou)比較(jiao)大,其每公里的(de)(de)導(dao)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)阻都(dou)在(zai)0以(yi)下,如果在(zai)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)任何一端一旦出現(xian)線(xian)(xian)鼻子松(song)動和接觸不良現(xian)象(xiang),都(dou)會(hui)成(cheng)(cheng)倍增加線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)導(dao)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)阻,造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)分(fen)配不均甚至(zhi)旁路(lu)現(xian)象(xiang),這樣就會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)并聯的(de)(de)個(ge)別電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)產(chan)生發熱現(xian)象(xiang),引發故(gu)障(zhang)。

  同(tong)時可(ke)能(neng)電纜(lan)的(de)(de)實際線路的(de)(de)導體(ti)電阻并不可(ke)能(neng)完(wan)全(quan)一致,因此相同(tong)型號規格的(de)(de)電纜(lan)在對電流的(de)(de)分(fen)配也不可(ke)能(neng)是平(ping)均分(fen)配,可(ke)能(neng)在電流的(de)(de)實際分(fen)配過程中可(ke)能(neng)還存(cun)在一定的(de)(de)差異(yi)。

  因此在多根單(dan)芯電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)實際并聯(lian)使(shi)(shi)用過程中要根據其實際敷設情況進行校正(zheng),否則可能造(zao)成電(dian)纜(lan)并聯(lian)使(shi)(shi)用過程產(chan)生發熱現象,影響電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)正(zheng)常(chang)使(shi)(shi)用。
